Creating a task, pinning it to notification drawer and viewing it is very easy. Create and task and tap on “pin” this task. It can only be seen on lock screen if you device has Android Lollipop. You can alter or add any information the task which is already pinned. - Steady pins
In case you clear out all your notifications, the pins created can be stagnant if make them persistent pins. They are easily removable once you open the pins and delete them. - Pin Priority
If there are several pins you can prioritise them with default, min, low, high priorities. They are distinguished different colours. Default-blue, min-yellow, low-green, high-orange. The default and min appear in bottom and low and high appear in the top of all the notifications.
