Oneplus 2 with Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 Announced officially.

It isn’t much of a surprise, is it? When Oneplus One was launched, it had the best processor available then, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 801. Nevertheless, Oneplus 2 is putting in best processor till date i.e. the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810. Few days back Oneplus 2’s official launch date was revealed by the company. The official date for the launch has been declared as the 28th June. That was accompanied by a shocking yet pleasant news of the pricing of the phone i.e. 1999 Yuan (Rs. 20,600).

The price tag is especially a good news for all those who wanted the higher storage version (64GB) of the previous Oneplus. Hopefully, either they will lay their hands on Oneplus 2. If not. Oneplus one for sure. The cellphones currently running on Snapdragon 810 are said to have some heating issues. There are obvious concerns in this area. Oneplus team has confirmed the device will not heat up even after hours of use.

Backing it up, the company has said that they are using the v2.1 of Snapdragon 810 which confirms that it will not heat up. Also, they have said that every required step has been taken to keep the device from heating under overuse. The processor will get a layer of thermal gel+graphite so that the heat dissipated will be generated.

Another good news about Oneplus 2 will be the Oxygen OS. It will be designed so as to work best with Snapdragon 810. Oneplus Two will have a 5.5-inch full HD or QHD dislay. Some other rumored features are 4GB RAM, 16MP rear camera and 5 MP front camera. The phone will sport a premium metal build. With a battery of 3,300mAh on board, the phone will run on Lollipop.
