When it comes to the world of smartphone technology, leaks are quite common. Phones tend to leak months to weeks before their release. The latest phone to have been spotted in leaks is that of the Moto X4 – this upcoming Motorola smartphone marks the return of the Moto X smartphone after a years gap. Android Authority has now published a report where the complete Moto X4 specifications and features are detailed.

Moto X4 Specifications:

The gen-next Moto X device from Motorola features a 5.2 inched display. The phone would be protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass and would be 7.99mm thick. While the phone is slightly thicker compared to modern day standards the fact is that it does offer the 3.5mm jack! The display on the device offers a full-HD resolution.

The Moto X4 will be powered by a Snapdragon 630 processor. It comes out in two variants – one featuring 3GB of RAM along with 32GB of storage and another featuring 4GB of RAM with 64GB of storage. These variants would be region specific and it is possible that some regions might not get both these variants. The Moto X4 comes out in Super Black and Sterling Blue color variants.

The phone comes with a fingerprint scanner below the display. On the back, the phone features a contoured glass back which gives it quite a premium look and feel. The phone offers dual cameras, which feature lenses of 12MP + 8MP. The camera offers PDAF as well as face detection. The Moto X4 camera features a dual LED flash. On the front, the phone features a 16 MP front facing camera.

Motorola’s Moto X4 would run on a 3000mAh battery, which supports Turbo Charge. The phone comes with IP68 water and dust resistance. As of now details on the pricing and availability of the phone are yet to come out. Stay tuned with us for more updates on the phone.
