LG has been among the biggest, most popular names in the world of technology. The company has been coming out with a large number of consumer electronics, especially smartphones. The company is at its peak in the smartphone business, and now holds a market share of over 20% in the US markets. The latest flagship phone from LG is expected to be that of the LG V30, which will be coming out soon. Today, the LG V30 launch date has been confirmed. The phone will launch on the 31st of August.

LG has officially sent out press invites, which mention the date of the 31st of August as the LG V30 launch date. The invitation that LG has sent out also mentions the location where the launch would take place. It mentions Berlin, Germany. This is interesting because this proves that LG would launch their gen-next flagship device at the IFA 2017 event.

The IFA is one of the biggest tech events of the year, and it takes place in Berlin every year. The invitation that has been sent out by LG is shaped like a phone, and features a glowing ‘V’ on it, making it crystal clear that this is indeed indicative of the LG V30 launch date and venue.  LG’s V-series smartphones have been quite attractive. This is the third generation LG V-series device. Last years’ LG V20 was the first phone to come out with Android Nougat running out of the box, same might be the case with the LG V30 and Android O OS this year.

As of now only limited details on the phone are available. Of what we know, LG is expected to come out with dual cameras, and a curved screen for the LG V30. One thing that we might not see this year is the secondary display which has been one of the mainstays of the V series smartphones so far. As of now, only the LG V30 launch date and venue are confirmed, stay tuned with us for more details on the latest launch from LG!
