To be clearer, it comes with two 3,500 mAh batteries which sum up to 7,000 mAh. The Gionee M2017 is said to come with 6GB RAM and Snapdragon 653 SoC. As mentioned earlier, the M2017 will have a 5.7-inch display with the screen resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. Operating on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, it would have the latest Amigo 3.5 UI.

Coming to the camera section, The Gionee M2017 comes with dual rear camera setup (12MP + 13MP) which would surely make the photographs lovely. 8MP front shooter on the Gionee M2017 would make your selfies, even more, better and detailed. Since the phone comes with two batteries, people might be worried about the weight, to clear it up, The Gionee M2017 weighs 238 grams.

The M2017 has been unveiled in China, where it costs RMB 6,999 ($1010 approx.). Gionee has also launched a top model with Italian custom alligator leather back for people who love to own a smartphone which looks premium costs RMB 16,999 ($2446 approx). The company hasn’t said a word about the availability of the product outside china.

This isn’t a perfect smartphone for someone who is looking for performance, as the Snapdragon 653 SoC isn’t as good as the other powerful SoC’s by Snapdragon. But, of course, is going to be the best smartphone for people who are more interested in the battery lasting. For more updates on the Gionee M2017 stay tuned to Droidmen on the Channel Gionee M2017
