Doogee – a Spain based smartphone manufacturer has been going global of late. Doogee smartphones are getting popular thanks to their innovative approach to smartphone design. The latest phone announced by Doogee is the Doogee V which comes out into the markets with a ‘flexible’ display and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
While the phone is yet to be officially announced, Doogee has uploaded a video on their YouTube channel where the Doogee V can be seen in all its might. The phone touts of a flexible display – which measures in at 6.2 inches, as per Evan Blass. Evan Blass tweeted press renders of the phone which show the device from all angles.
The Doogee V comes with a design which is very similar to that of the iPhone X. The phone comes out into the markets with a large, bezel less screen which doesn’t even have bezels on the top and the bottom. Instead, there’s a notch placed on the top of the display, exactly the way iPhone X has it.
On the back side, the Doogee V features dual cameras placed vertically. A dual LED flash too, is present next to it. A single camera with what appears to be a front facing flash is present on the notch which is placed on the top. The phone supports 3.5mm jack and appears that it comes with a USB Type-C port. There’s a mono speaker placed on the bottom of the device.
Another highlight of the Doogee V smartphone is the fact that it comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner. Basically you need to simply touch the display to unlock the phone and do not need a fingerprint scanner for the same. The phone does look like an interesting concept but we are awaiting more details on the tech specifications. Stay tuned with us for more updates on the device.
